Voter Registration & Correction Guidelines

1. New Entry (New Voter) – Form 6

Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or above.

Required Documents:

Linkage Proof – Father’s/Mother’s EPIC or Aadhaar Card (xerox copy).

Age Proof – Birth Certificate / Madhyamik Admit Card / PAN / Aadhaar, etc.

Address Proof – 

Tax Receipt / Gas Bill / Electric Bill, OR

Bank Passbook / KYP.

Aadhaar Card (self).

Cut-off Date: Must complete 18 years as on 01.01.2016 to apply.
